buy 123 direct (PRICE MAD) is worthless. They bait and switch you to buy other products. They tried to sell items in the box from the manufacture piece meal. They promise you they have items in stock but do not. I placed an order three weeks before christmas, paid extra for 3-5 day delivery, did not receive the items until 12/31/07. No one answers the phone. There hours are lsited on the web but do not believe them. We i finally got in touch with someone, they said they sent the wrong size tv's. (Big Lie to give them more time). Best thing i did was order with american express and disputed the charges. If you don't mind people lying to you, overcharging you, and getting your order when ever then call 123 BUY DIRECT.
