VERY long delays in getting through to customer service in excess of 15-20 minutes. Poor communication with regard to shipping options, ie, I was never informed that "Free Delivery" envisioned up to 3 weeks or more delay in receiving tv.
What product did you purchase or try to purchase? Samsung 52 inch flat scrn tv & accessories
