I ordered an electric cooktop and a convection oven from Abt recently. The cooktop arrived without any difficulty, but after waiting for the oven for an additional week without it arriving, I called them to inquire after my order. When I placed my order, the website had said that that certain oven was in stock, and that it would take about 10 days at most to ship to my home. This was very important as I was starting remodeling on my kitchen in a few days. However, the saleslady on the phone told me that the oven was NOT in stock, that they updated their site manually so their stock numbers weren't in real time. If I had known this beforehand, I would have ordered from somewhere else. The oven finally arrived yesterday, more than two full weeks after the expected time. If you order from Abt, always call to make sure they have a certain item in stock.
In addition, during the ordering process, it continually rejected one of my credit cards (there was more than enough of a credit line still available, and it worked readily on other sites), so you might want to have more than one ready if you are prepared to order.
