I am very unhappy with my last order.It was the maclaren volo accessory package (2005) containing a Quilted Seat liner,a Rain cover and a Handy storage bag. The reviews were good and even so the items were for the 2005 stroller they still work for the more recent one . one review says it arrived within 2 days.
It actually took 2 weeks for my order to arrive. they shipped it one week after I ordered it. Then, when I opened the package, it was not what I expected: the storage bag was for the liner, not for the stroller.
I was surprised not to see any photo of the items of the package. Instead they show the photo of the stroller (not included of course on the package)
All I wanted was the bag to store the stroller. So I looked at the return policy and I discovered it would cost me more money to return it that the price it did cost me. Last thing I didn't appreciate is the fact that I wrote a review to let the potential clients know about my experience and my review never made it... This was not the first time I bought something on this website, but for sure this was the LAST time.
