I have never heard of pcnation before, but I am always trying to find new and better deals online, and when I saw the deal that this site was offering on Navigator 7100, I had to buy it. It was the cheapest GPS system that I found that had live traffic updates, as well as many other feautures that I enjoyed. PCNation advertised it for ~450 plus a $50 rebate.
When I received the item a week later which was toward the further part of the estimate given (I believe the last day possible in fact). I was excited to get it and quickly opened the item. It was not damaged or anything, but no thanks to the packaging. The packaging was horrible and I am surprised nothing was damaged. There was no sign of a rebate form when I looked.
I called the support center at an off-hour time and the wait was still fairly long. However, this is common with most online stores. But when I talked to the support person, they had no clue what rebate I was talking about. Apparently it is now gone off the product, but was there when I ordered. He had no solutions and said that I would get an email with a response. It has been two days and I have not heard from them. I called once more and they said they were looking for it, although I find that hard to believe that it would take this long to "find". Depending on how that goes, this review's ratings might be slightly changed, but as of right now the customer service did not impress me any.
There are plenty of other sites that offer the same savings but are known for their responsiveness to complaints. I recommend you go with them.
