Bowflex makes a quality machine but you have to like the Bow technology which is different than stacks or plates. I would consider buying one.

Bowflex Revolution vs. Ultimate 2 (Reply to this comment)
by devra01
I'm considering the bowflex, but cannot seem to find very many comparisons between the Bowflex Ultimate 2 (the newest model) and the Bowflex Revolution. Is one better than the other? Besides the bows, is there any other difference?

Glad to do it. Not only do I want to help people I learn a lot myself. We get recertified every 2 years so these reviews and answering e-mails is really a 2-way street. Thanks for r/r/c. jo

These are all great comments Jo. I wouldn't be surprised to see a flood of Bowflex reviews after the holidays are over and everyone heads back into the gym (at least for a few months). Good luck fielding all the questions.
