The connection quality for international calls (to Holland) is adequate only about 20% of the time. Otherwise, there are terrible echoes, or the person on the other end either can't hear you (although you can hear them) or can't understand you. They won't refund your money for a call, or allow you to get your money back out of an account. SmartTalking.com is just as cheap, and gives better connections. For interstate calls the quality is fair. For intrastate LD calls, the quality is fine.
