Refinance.com: An Oasis in a desert of pain

Pros: 15 words are not enough. Honorable, respectful, fast, professional, honest, responsive, a friend was made.
Cons: I didnt know about them sooner
The Bottom Line: Only fools would NOT use Refinance.com.

I started my mission on a Wednsday, I went through the typical process of entering my info on the net and waited to here back from lenders that would offer me a rate and commitment that would make my effort worth it. I received the typical "for a fee, we can lock you into this rate". Not being a complete idiot I promptly discounted these companies. Then I received a call from Refinance.com. At first I didn't pay much attention to the call but humored the representative anyway. Soon I was taken in not by the sales pitch nor the smoothness but rather the facts. Jay Christiano proceeded to "talk" with me on the pitfalls and tricks from other lenders. I tested this with two lenders I had beleived would provide me a deal I could live with. All I can say is the advise was right on the money (and thats what it would have cost me). With todays market and the fact that lenders are still feeding on the less knowledgeable for a quick buck I thank Jay and his company for responding to my inquiry. To recap, I started my effort on a Wednsday and closed in 3 days!! Will be recomended to anyone I here in the market for a refinance.
