Pros: Comfortable, affordable, inviting, warm, yummy food, peaceful, and friendly.
Cons: Time limitation we have at the Azalea due to the reality of life!
The Bottom Line: The Azalea Inn provides the most for your money. Comfort, privacy, and warmth at a reasonable price.

We stay at the Azalea Inn every year in July as my husband performs magic at a local event. It is by far our favorite B&B, and we compare all others to the Azalea. Frank & Karen are the embodiment of grace and hospitality. Their attention to the comfort details (soft sheets, mattress, towels, etc) combined with their obvious desire to provide a warm & comfortable Inn experience makes this our favorite get-away spot. Anybody can run a B&B, but it takes someone special to make it warm & inviting. Frank & Karen's high standards are evident throughout your Inn experience and we highly recommend the Azalea to anyone who wants to feel relaxed & refreshed. The food is one of the highlights of our stay. Frank & Karen provide a delicious spread for breakfast and yummy homemade cookies in the afternoon. They are both well versed on the restaurants in the area and can recommend something for everyone. The Azalea provides a homey atmosphere combined with the privacy and comfort any guest would appreciate. The Azalea sits perfectly in the quaint town of Banner Elk, surrounded by restaurants, shopping & outdoor activities. It is truly a slice of heaven in this busy, crazy world. We love the Azalea!
