I'd been thinking about buying a Grass Valley / Canopus Edius NX with HD Expansion prosumer video editing package for over a year.
I settled on Guy Graphics, as they had a very attractive price, and I had been informed that the PCI-X version I sought was becoming increasing rare. Guy Graphics was one of the only vendors online that had the product listed.
I completed my credit card transaction online, and immediately received my confirmation receipt via email. I recieved my item from Utah within five days to California.
The next day after I had placed my order, I looked online, and noticed that the price of the item I ordered had increased substantially. I phoned Guy Graphics, and Brent Seavers confirmed the price had increased, because the price on the above item that I ordered was erroneously low.
However, Guy Graphics never tried to back-pedal, delay or obfuscate. They are a solid, stand-up business that services the professional and prosumer video editing communities. They will always do the right thing.
I will purchase products from them again in the future without hesitation.
