If you can find what you want and the price is right (usually only after a promotional discount), you should have no problems with Photoalley.

Photoalley is a reputable e-tailer that has good business practices and customer service. Every product they carry is warrantied in the US by the manufacturer, so no guesswork as to whether a product you order is grey market (import) or not. They also run great promotions (up to $100 off a $600 order), unfortunately even with the promotions their prices are usually higher than the competition. Also, they fail to carry as wide a selection of products as some of the other reputable photo e-tailers. I have ordered from them on a few occasions, and consistently prove to be on the up and up on providing information regarding order status and tracking information via e-mail, as well as being able to access that information through their website. All in all I'm a happy repeat customer of Photoalley; however, their prices and inventory need a little work to get more of my orders and stay competitive with the larger more recognized photo/video e-tailers.
