I would like to STONGLY urge people not to order from this company!!! I ordered the life style dream kitchen at xmas for my two little ones. Upon opening it on christmas eve to put it under our tree we found there to be only three large plastic pieces and some one elses packing slip. Lets just say I had a very sad three year old on christmas morning. She still thinks Santa forgot her kitchen!(what kind of company breaks kids hearts!) To make it worse its now feb 8th and they have my returned kitchen and my money! I have called and emailed a ton. They promise to help but then never follow through. They even hung up on me after being on hold for 20 min. one afternoon. It sound like tons of people have experienced their lack of returning emails ,calls and customer service. Ive taken them to claims with my bank. My bank said you have 120days after purchase to dispute charges. They will give me my money back! I think credit cards are even easier to dispute.
Please tell all your friends! I want this company to get the review they deserve!!! poor and completely unsatisfactory!! Mad in Colorodo
