I have been a Disney fan my entire life. Growing up admiring the princesses Cinderella, Aurora, and Snow White; always wanting to be simple like Pooh; always looking for adventure like Lady and the Tramp and the Fox and the Hound would always find. Those Disney stories are engrained in my being. Now that I have children of my own, I am enjoying sharing them with my kids and get such joy out of the newer characters from Toy Story, Aladdin, and The Little Mermaid. I have made many trips to the Disney mall stores over the years, have ordered via their catalogs several times, and have even bought souveniers at the gift shops of DisneyWorld. But NEVER have I enjoyed my Disney shopping more than when I discovered DisneyStore.com!
Site Design & Navigation
Appearance of the site is everything you'd expect of a Disney product. Very colorful with clean lines and a general happy tone. Every page has links back to the main pages, your account information, shopping departments, and quick links to other fun Disney sites. Every page has eye pleasing colors & easy to read text. Despite the wealth of products, information, and flexibility at your fingertips during your entire shopping experience, there is never that crowded feeling you too often experience in the brick and mortar stores. The site can run a little slow during times of heavy traffic, but most often, the pages load quickly and I have rarely experienced error messages. Other than that it runs very smooth and the design of the site makes it very easy to know where you are, and get where you'd like to go.

WOW, the selection here is just amazing. You will find Disney themed products for all ages in so many shapes and sizes that you'll easily find gifts for the whole family! in product categories are as follows:

Search Abilities
This site has one of my favorite searches. The basic search is very accurate & search results are presented with products separated into categories "Toys" "Videos & Games" "Clothing & Accessories" and "Home and Gifts". This makes it so much easier to find the specific item you are looking for. The advanced search is what makes it so nice for a bargain hunter like me. You have many options of which you can choose one or many to truly customize your search. Options include: Keyword, Character or Movie, Department, Age Group, Price, and Occasion. You can then select some special features such as: Hot, Personalized, Presale, New, Ltd Edition, Sale. My personal favorite search is advanced with Price set at under $20 and Sale selected. This is one of very few sites that allows such specific hunting!

As if all this exciting shopping wasn't enough! From the Home page you can also access Disney Auctions at Ebay, join the Disney Club, apply for The Disney Credit Card, or learn about Safety Recalls. You can also sign up for the DisneyStore Newsletter, Request a Catalog, Find a Store near you, or Join their Affiliate Program. What more could you want?!
Special Bargains
Well, maybe you want some real deals. I tell you what, DisneyStore is a bargain hunter's dream! They have the very highest quality products which are reasonably priced every day. There are always good deals to be found in the Outlet. Every so often they will have great sales and are not afraid to drop prices VERY low in order to move product. I managed to get a few great outfits for my kids last year for under a dollar a piece. As if those aren't good enough deals, they regularly offer additional discount coupons for free shipping or as much as an additional 20% off. How great is that?!
Customer Service
I have never had a problem with my orders and have never had to call Customer Service. However, friends who have had to contact them seem to have had excellent experiences. To quote from their Return Policy, they "...unconditionally guarantee all our merchandise". That's always a "good thing" So what do you think? Sounds super doesn't it? Well, get your butt over there and start your Christmas shopping, my gift closet is already full of Disney stuff!
