Easy to search, but the description is not as detail and the price as low

They deliver the package within the reasonable time with very responsive online customer service. I am pretty satisfied with the purchase. Unbeatable sale also reimbursed the partial shipping cost, it is kind of duplicate. They should either reduce the shipping cost as qualified purchase or credit the refundable amount of shipping cost when checking out. It costs customer time and extra stamp to claim that. I believe it is unnecessary. The prices from unbeatable sale also not the lowest when comparing to other shopping website, however, it carried some products that other websites do not have which did give more choices but not in the lowest price with other retail stores. The descriptions for the product from the unbeatable sale are not as details as other retail store sites. I need to open other details from another retail store site to read and learn more of the specification, probuct descriptions and functions for the item that I was purcahsed from unbeatable sale. The wbsite also seems not provide deatil tracking of the shipment. I need to logon the shipping carried from the unbeatable sale confirmation email to track the shipment. It should be improved before I consider to purchase more items from them.
Overall I still got my product in time and use it.
