The Bottom Line I love this recipe because I love cranberry sauce and it just makes it so much more festive!
One - 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple in it's own juice, undrained One - large package of raspberry Jello One - 16 ounce can of whole cranberry sauce One - medium apple chopped 2/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans Drain pineapple, saving the juice Add enough cold water to make the pineapple juice and water total 3 cups Bring this to boil and remove from heat Add Jello and stir until Jello is dissolved Add cranberry sauce and stir until mixed well Chill for 1-1.5 hours, until thickening Stir in drained crushed pineapple, chopped apple and nuts Pour into Jello mold or bowl and chill until firm Great with holiday turkey... Merry Christmas! |
