received my order 2 weeks after order date, they did not reply to my emails, they charged me double shipping so I would get my order within 3-7 days, they did refund half the shipping charges after I kept complaining, the box was in sad shape, everything just thrown in there, 3 back ordered items still had not been shipped 2 1/2 weeks later, I cancelled them, nobody ever apologized either by phone or email, I will not order from them anymore.
