I placed a order for a difficult to find item. I needed a battery for a discountinued phone and had looked just about everywhere to find one. No luck. Then by chance i ound the item on 1800mobiles website. I was shocked to find exactly the item I needed. I called and spoke to a lovely young woman that was able to confirm the item was in stock and could be shipped that same day overnight delivery was less than $20. When the item came, on time, the next day it was exactly what I needed. i now use 1800 for all my cellullar accessory needs. I have also referred many of my family and friends to this site. They have what we need at a great price and the serivce is fact and efficient! Their website is easy to manover and very well set up. It was easy to find what i needed through their searches and I was able to click on my phone model and find other items that i could use and I also used theri site for many of my christmas gift list. when i ordered the wrong item i was able to return the item no questions asked. What can I say but just to let everyone know how great it is and that it is in my favorites and will be forever!
