This item was easily found on this site. It was very nice to have pay pal as a payment option, when in these days you never can be too careful with how you pay for anything online. It is hard to say what delivery speed and order accuracy is until order is actually shipped. Customer service is not applicable at this time. So far I am very satisfied. I have purchased this item from a store before and when I went back they no longer have it in stock including any other stores in the vicinity of this area. It took me awhile to find this item online and at a reasonable price. Plus the kudos for being able to use pay pal. The item I got was not one ,but two HOLMES Quartz Tower Heater with LED Thermostat ...it is a space heater that definitely heats up a room. I am in an apt with cathedral ceilings and in the winter it is hard to maintain a decent temperature without having my central heat work constantly. Since I have an almost 9 year old dog it is not possible to keep my apt at too cold of a temperature, because it gets too cold for her achy bones and joints. I was very happy to be able to find this item here at your store. I had attempted to buy a different style ( same brand) and had to return it to the store-it was just not able to do the job sufficiently to keep the chill in the air at bay.
The ease of use(searching,filling out info,etc) on the site was very nice.
