Doesn't always ship when they say they will

Most of the time I'm pretty happy shopping there, but every few orders they'll, inexplicably, delay shipping.
Supposedly, if you order before 1 p.m. PST and everything is in stock, they'll ship the same day. Which is great when they do...and aggravating when they don't. No explanation why an order is delayed, even though everything is in stock and the order was placed many hours before their 1 p.m. cutoff time.
Still, prices are good (no discounts, though) and $4 flat-rate UPS ground shipping is nice (hurts if you're only ordering 1 item).
So, I do recommend iHerb. Just don't count on them honoring their 1 p.m. "order by" deadline.
