I have to take the time to review Healthy Foundations. I was hesitant to order a mattress sight unseen over the internet to boot. But the speed of delivery was incredible. I did struggle getting a king size mattress out of the box by myself, but I did get it done. Unfortunately myself and the mattress were not a match. It was too firm for me. But, the service was so top notch from this company I had to write a review. The refund policy is no lie. I had the bed almost 3 months just trying to give it my best shot. And, there's no fine print to try to back out of the money back policy. They were delightful to work with, and I hate that the product did not work out for me. I would deal with Healthy Foundations again in a heartbeat. You just don't see customer service like this anymore. Don't hesitate to try them out.
Brian is top notch in responding, offering options, web sites, always responding by the next day. I would be very wary of the reviews that state the web site was not clear. Everything on the web site I saw was the representation of reality. Nothing misleading. Everything is stated up front, no surprises. You won't find any furniture stores who will let you try out a bed for a year and bring it back for a full refund (minus a small fee). Fantastic overall experience even though I didn't fit with the mattress.
