I felt compelled to write a review after seeing so many bad reviews for this store. I think people forget that they are a large company, and therefor cannot get it right every single time. Also, people forget to tell others when they have had a POSITIVE experience.
Well I took a chance on these guys and couldn't be more pleased. I ordered a Britax Diplomat in Tiffany on February 24,2008 and the ROCK BOTTOM price including shipping and taxes of 199.99!!!! That is simply unbeatable. I was a bit leary, but thought for that price it was worth it to take a chance. I couldn't be more happy that I did!! 4 days later, February 28, UPS showed up with my carseat! The box was in pristine condition, and my seat was exactly what I wanted!! What more could I ask for?
Some people have fussed about returns, but I am a person that researches and knows for sure what I want before I purchase it... because I do not want to HAVE to return something.
Give this place a chance to knock your socks off! I will definately recommend them to my friends and buy from them again. Way to go BabyAge!!
