Pros: Clean. Inexpensive. Can have sex with it.
Cons: Nothing!
The Bottom Line: If tampons and/or pads are not working for you for whatever reason, you must give this product a try! They're clean and comfortable.

I saw this product at the store while looking for my usual tampons (which I always thought were ineffective and smelly) and I immediately thought, "if these things work as promised this will be the best thing that ever happened to women!" And it's true. Instead is revolutionary and totally liberating!
I love this product because I live in Hawaii and am in my bikini every weekend. I was always worried that I would have a string-hanging-out episode and this completely takes the worry away. I surf, run, everything, and it never slips out of place.
It took me a few tries (a couple of days) to get the cup to sit correctly and not leak or shift, but once you "get it" it can be inserted just as quickly as a tampon and it will stay put. I have not had to throw away a pair of underwear due to menstrual accidents in two years!
There is no odor and I can vouch that this product stays put even during sex. I have had only one leak during sex and it was when I was "on top" and his penis dislodged the rim. We just avoid that position now, but all others are fine.
There is nothing I do not like about this product. I don't mind the mess at all. It's a very small price to pay for all the benefits. If this product is ever discontinued I will be totally depressed!
