Fantastic! I was completely thrilled with their huge selection. I was a firm believer in www.MusiciansFriend.com, but when they didn't have a particular item I was looking for, a Google search led me to Sweetwater.com.
The customer service was the most incredible I have ever dealt with. I made the order, the next day (I ordered on a Sunday) they called me to make sure they had everything correct (my name, address, my order, etc.). I received an email stating my order summary. I received an other email explaining their customer service commitment, and stating that they are all experienced musicians with hands-on knowledge of the products they sell. I received another email with a tracking link to check my package's in-route status. I felt like 'there IS a company who still cares'. Even thought the majority of the email were probably automatic, still, the fact that they care enough to program a computer to send them to you indicates they value their customer's positive experience.
I received my package the day they said I would, and everything was great. To my surprise, upon opening my box, I even found a few candies in with the brochures at the bottom! A little extra goes a long way. They are bookmarked as my new music supply store! (Sorry MusiciansFriend.com, you are still a great store, but you're second place!)
