So, you like Reese's cups? And those little drops grandma makes at Christmas time? (We called them buckeyes.) Well, this recipe is much quicker than those little drops, does not involve parrafin wax, and tastes just like Reese's cups.
~*~INGREDIENTS~*~
One and a half cups of creamy peanut butter
One and a half sticks of butter
One and a half cups of Graham cracker crumbs
Two cups of powdered sugar
One cup of chocolate chips (semi-sweet works best)
A 13x9 baking pan
Two microwave safe mixing bowls
~*~ The process~*~
You won't believe how easy this is.
Put the peanut butter and one stick of butter in a bowl. Microwave for two minutes, stirring half way through.
Stir in the Graham cracker crumbs and the powdered sugar.
Spread in the baking pan.
Now put the chocolate chips and a half stick of butter in another bowl. Microwave for two minutes, stirring halfway through. Spread this on top of the peanut butter mixture. Be sure to use a clean for this. It doesn't spread as well if you use the same spoon you stirred the chocolate with.
That's it. Let it cool. Cut into squares and serve.
I told you it was easy!
