I just ordered three items from personalization mall. The items arrived very quickly. I placed the order on Friday night and I received them on Thursday morning. Also, they were packed very securely in packaging and bubble wrap and in boxes where necessary (great for gift wrapping). They were also good quality items.
I was hesitant to order since I did see some bad reviews while I was reviewing on where to order, however for the price, which in my opinion is great and it also includes personalization (where other online stores charge for this), I decided to take a chance and order with them. I am glad that I did and I will be shopping with them again!
I didn't have to contact customer service, so I can't comment on that but I also didn't need to contact them since everything was great - navigating for ordering the items on was fast & easy, they have a huge selection & it shipped very quickly & in perfect condition, there was no need to contact them. But the service I did receive with ordering & packaging was excellent.
I was very pleased with them. I highly recommend using this website for gifts, although I did have to buy something for myself too!
