I have purchased several items from the Company Store over the past few years, spent over $1700 with them. I recently ordered some bookshelves and paid extra for quicker shipping. Unknown to me was the fact that there would be a signature needed from Fed Ex to deliver the items. I am not home during the day, so I even took a half day off to wait for them. Fed Ex came early that day and I missed them. I then decided to try to call Company Store to see if they could just have Fed Ex leave the items for me. The conversations that followed were some of the most unbelievable horrible customer service experiences in my life. It was all my fault and they did nothing to try to help. And they could have cared less how much money I spend with them. I was actually told by a customer service person that I need to try to look at the glass half full instead of half empty when I explained that I paid extra money for shipping and not only did not get my items quickly, I now had to drive 40 miles to the Fed Ex warehouse to pick up the 8 large boxes!!!! I don't care how cute their products are, I will NEVER shop with them again and plan on telling as many people as I can about their attitude to their customers!
