I was so worried when i read all the reviews on epionion and they said what horriable customer service they had. I had already placed my order for my stroller and was worried i was going to have problems. I sent them the wrong email by accident and was expecting not to hear back any time soon especialy since it was a weekend. But they sent me confirmation right away the next day to the correct email with the tracking number to. It arived on time in great conditon. This was my first time placing a large order online and i was very pleased. They have great customer service now. They probably read all the reviews and decided to treat the customer with more care. I bought the Phil and Ted stroller and the graco car seat adapter. I also purchased the handbag too. Over all a great store. I hope that this helps any customers that are skeptical from buying from this online store because there are nothing but bad revews for this store but i had a smooth expeience. The only problem would be that there is no way to track your purchases on the web site and the email address to send emails to them isnt listed any where on the site. I had to search through many and many reviews to find it. By the way its info@babybungalow.com. I also found anothe rnumber you can call to get a customer service rep on its 603 225 2551. I also had to search on the reviews of others to get this.
