Do not by anything from Gateway, because they can not service the products in a timely fashion, and seem to care little for their customers. I'll try Dell.

I have not been a fan of Gateway since they stopped calling themselves "Gateway 2000". Their level of quality and service has dwindled to squat over the last few years.

However, you should inlcude more information on Gateway in general in this article for it to be truly helpful to someone interested in a Gateway computer. I understand you wish to warn them of the bad service, but they also need to know what kinds of things they offer.

For example;
What kind of peripherals come with the PC? Do they have on-site service? What is the quality of the product in general? Do they finance? What kind of rate can we expect?

These are general questions that many people need to know before even considering a company to buy from.

Good luck with future PC purchases and if you update your review to address some of these questions, email me and I will return and read it again.
