VERY Disappointing.

This place has awful customer service! I ordered a cd from this store and did not find out that the item was backordered until I myself went on to their website and checked the status of my order. You would think that, like other stores, they would let you know before you buy a product that it was backordered. And if not that, then AT LEAST email the customer and let them know it was backordered! They had no intention of doing that, though. I had to email them multiple times to ask when they expected my cd to arrive at their store. They did email me every time that I emailed them, but it was an automated email that gave me really general information like: Just go to our website and click on track your order to find the information you need. I was VERY SHOCKED and DISPLEASED with how UNPROFESSIONAL they were. I will probably never order from them again. By the way they do service, I wonder if I will ever get the cd I ordered!!! The prices at this site are not even that good. I came to this site because of the name
Deep Discount. But the prices are about the same as any other store. My advice
DO NOT SHOP HERE.
