The worst web site ever

This is the worst online store I have ever seen. The first time I clicked on the order submit button, it took me back to the same page, and I wasn't sure what happened. I thought it might have been because it didn't like my credit card (which was an FSA credit card, and those are not accepted by non-drugstores... I thought AmericaRX might be considered a drugstore, but I guess not.) So then I changed credit cards and tried to submit the order again, and I got an error message about the credit card being rejected. But that was really for the first time that I clicked submit when I tried the FSA card, because it did accept my order even though it showed an error.
If that was the only problem, then I could live with that. But when I tried to check the order status, it showed someone else's name and address. I called them to ask what was going on, and they said it was a web site problem and they were trying to fix it, but that they had my correct name and address. I actually received the item pretty quickly (although the packing slip said the item cost $0.00). But I wanted to get an invoice since I wanted to be reimbursed from my FSA account. Three days later, their web site still showed someone else's name in the order details, so I couldn't print that out, and I couldn't use the packing slip because it said $0.00. I have never seen such a broken web site before.
Even though their shipping was fast, and their customer service tried to be helpful, it does not make up for how bad the web site is. I will never shop from them again.
