The Bottom Line Easy free store, no worries about grey items, will match price if you insist, knowledgeable, been around a while, one of the major players in mail/internet ordering.

Camerworld is a really nice site to buy from. They used to be called Camera World of Oregon and thats when I started buying from them. With the Internet, they are now just CameraWorld.com, but do a likewise great job nonetheless.
The best part of CameraWorld (CW) is that everything they sell comes with the normal USA warranty good for service at any authorized service center in the USA of the manufacturer. You dont want to have to be sending equipment to Indonesia for service. Chances are youll never get your camera or lens back from the abyss anyhow.
The CW folks are camera gurus by trade and arent just selling gadgets for gadgets sake. Most of the sales people are quite knowledgeable and many times I have questions about products or want to know the difference or even their own personal opinion on a product or competing product. They can usually give a decent answer.
CW doesnt always have the cheapest prices. But, then again, you get what you pay for. If you do some digging and can give them verifiable proof that somewhere else sells the same product for less (w/same USA Warranty of course), then a little nagging will get them to match the price. In my view, thats good enough.
Ive ordered two digital cameras, one camcorder, a couple of lenses, and a few nicknacks (bags etc.) from them and everything has been seamless. It arrives when they say it will and if theres any problem with the order, returning items is completely hassle-free.
The personnel aren't too pushy, but like any joint, they want you to buy something. Nevertheless, I never got off the phone thinking I was treated shabbily or tried to be milked. They might offer you an accessory but if you say no, they leave it at that and get you "in and out" very quickly.
Ive probably spent $3000-4000 with them over the last couple of years and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. I used their website for a $1000 digital camera purcashe a year or two ago and it turned out flawless.
