My spouses cell phone stopped working and I remembered that I had purchased a squaretrade warranty. I called them up and explained the situation to them. They explained that I had to ship it to them for them to inspect it. They sent my shipping label and I shipped it off. The told me that it would take 7 business days to complete everything. They were right. No hassels or anything. They refunded me the money I paid for the cell phone. I cannot believe how easy that was. I have dealt with other warranties and they usually give you the run around and the harrasing questions and it may take up to so many months and so foth. Not with squaretrade. They made me feel worry free. The refund was given in the 7 days. All I can say is that it is great to know that with square trade you are really taken care of.
Easy as one, two, three. Square trade helped a lot. They were very professional and explained in detail what the process was. Very fast and smooth transaction. In fact I have purchased another warranty on another cell phone from them. Highly recommended. Thank you square trade.
