I was going to use Allied mortgage.They had called me and offered me a deal I could not refuse, believe me if it sounds to good to be true it is.After they had me hooked they where no where to be found.intill I spoke with Rodd from refinance.He was very straight forward he told me what he could do for use and promised we could close in seven days.Other company's had called an said that was not possible they were wrong, we did close in seven days.We need more people like Rodd always there when I called and if he was not there David was there to answer any questions I had. They both knew all about what was going on .More company's should have this type of service they would have more sales.If something was not possible Rodd would tell me.There was never any fast talking or pressure, and to me that means and says a lot about a company.We had a few bumps in the road but they where addressed right away.Rodd put a lot of time and TLC in my loan an I always made the calls he just wanted me to be happy with the loan and if something wasn't possible he was straight forward with me.Thank you Rodd and David at refinance.com. yours truly Wendy Lee Bishop & David Bishop
