At first I didnt know what to think of half.com. But now I been shopping there for over a year and love it. I got so many great deals its unreal I buy almost everything there at least 10-30 items a month. I also sell alot there and resell the stuff I buy there. But then there are the bad things some times you get ripped off and thats where half.com gets its bad rating. There customer service sucks when you come across a problem forget anyone getting back to you I was in the need of a refund for not getting a product and for getting the wrong product I sent back the product like I was told and never got a refund its been over a month now and no one have gotten back to me. I sent over 15 emails to them not one response never. But lucky for me my credit card company gives me my refund with no problems. If you can deal with no phone numbers and no response from emails then you should love half.com.
