I must confess that I have quite a collection of sports bras. I have walked, run, and played both indoor and sand volleyball in the last couple of years. Sports bras are a big help to most women but especially to those of us with larger chests.

One thing that you do not want while participating in these activities is to be worrying about your breasts. Of course it will only be the men who are wondering why a woman would be worrying about there breasts. My Champion Action Shape bra has helped me with the worries I would be having if I was wearing a conventional bra.

The first selling point about this bra is that the straps do not slip down. I have had a terrible problem with this in the past. It is quite a distraction to be thinking about your straps while playing sports. The straps are adjustable so that they will not be slipping down nor digging into your shoulders. The straps are very comfortable and will stay where you want them to stay.

There is no wild bouncing with this bra. Those of you who are like me with ample breasts do not want to be worried about distracting your opponents with your boobs jiggling around. This is not only embarasing but also can be painful. The rib bar is a godsend. The Champion Action Shape Bra is great for both medium and high impact activities.

This bra is good for those who wear sizes 34 C to 38 D. You will not get that uniboob look that is common with other sports bras.

Unfortunately if you are trying to make a fashion statement with your bra you will be disappointed. This bra actually looks like a bra, not like a sports top like others. It only comes in white. I do like wearing it under my little spaghetti strap shirts. I think it does look better with them than a conventional bra.

It is made with a combination of polyester, cotton, lycra, and lycra spandex. The cotton helps pull the sweat away from your skin and making you feel more cool while exercising. I was it in cool water to help it not shrink. I am glad to tell you that it is still very white and has no sweat stains.

I do not put my Champion Action Shape Bra into the dryer. I have both hung it to dry and laid it flat. I feel like this has my ability to wear it and helped the spandex/cotton to not shrink. I have had mine for over five years and it looks almost brand new.

I got my Champion Action Shape Bra as a gift but have seen them at most sporting good stores. They run about $35 per bra. I would look for them on sale and stock up. It is a middle priced sports bra.
