Pagers are more and more relied upon today with people getting more involved in using todays technology.Although people dont carry around pagers, they carry around PDA's or Celphones which have pagers in built. They are an easy to use piece of equipment which is really handy in certain situations.
This pager is no different to other pagers, were as it works the same and has a few extra features, its just that this one i have found to be easier to use and carry around than any other pager.
Its a standard 2 way messaging pager with alphanumeric support. With this comes a few extra and handy features.
This includes a handy calender to store important dates and reminds you when they are. It stores contacts names, phone numbers, pager numbers, address, email address, all the things that you could find necessary to store on an individual person. You can store as much as you like as this pager has 4.5MB of memory, it doesn't sound like much but it is plenty for a pager of its high standard.
You also have a place to store important notes and tasks just in case your memory aint up to scratch.
One thing i really love about this pager is the software you get with it. You get PC Connectivity and desktop synchronization with Starfish TrueSync, one of the best syncronisation clients ever designed. It makes it easy to download your new pages, contacts, important dates etc to your PC compatible Calender. A great plus for those of you who utilise this piece of equipment to its potential.
Motorola have designed some very good products before but in the pager department i an clearly say that they have outdone themselves and their opposition. A great job motorola.
