First time, I ordered mini roses for my Mom on Mother’s Day. When she received the gift, it is not mini roses but something else.
Second time, my husband ordered a teddy bear with a balloon and a note for me by phone. I received a teddy without balloon and the information in the note including my name was spelled wrong.
Third time, I ordered a white tea package for my husband for Valentine and guess what he got this time? He got a broken chocolate package, which he does not like at all. Not only that, the package belonged to someone else in MA and FTD just put another label on the other side of the package and delivered to us!!! Tried to call them, it never get through… Sent them an email and they promised to solve the problem within 24 hours… Never hear from them again until a week later, there is a correct package in front of my house. But the Valentine already passed and I felt embarrassing to get a gift my husband never likes.
Three times is enough... I NEVER order from this website again.
Be careful, don't let them fool you the way they did to me. I am not recommend this website to anyone.
