Deceptive practices and poor customer service

They listed a shipping rebate if you used UPS (which was higher cost)on their website order form. I could not find a rebate form anywhere so I called after I received the order. The customer service rep basically told me "tough shi-" you had to order over $99 to qualify. So this order cost me more to have shipped than it should have and their rep was not helpful at all-couldn't have cared less. Their website is misleading in regards to this also.
I would not shop from them again as there are many stores that give good customer service and are not misleading.
