My mommy friends and I wish we could afford to dress our toddlers exclusively in Hanna Andersson. We became addicted early on to this exquisitely made, incredibly practical clothing. These clothes are whimsical and charming in appearance, but extremely comfortable, easy to put on and off a toddler, cosy, and extraordinarily practical. They hold up well, and indeed these clothes will last through several children's toddlerhoods or babyhoods.
This clothing company also makes adults' clothes, and I love the women's clothes. I have splurged on matching mother-baby silver twin sets and black velvet skirts, which created a big stir whenever we wore them.
I have ordered multiple times from the website and from the catalogue. I have never had a problem with my orders, which have come promptly and have always been correct. I have never needed to return anything.
My one complaint about the women's clothing is that it is, for the most part, things you cannot wear if you are breastfeeding. (Obviously Hanna Andersson and all her staff were formula-feeders). I would not raise that objection if this were not clothing for infants, toddlers and their parents. All of the mother-baby matching outfits could not be worn by a breastfeeding mother, which irked me no end when my daughter was an infant.
The website features sales items, which are much more affordable than the catalogue. I recommend checking the sales corner regularly for deals.
These clothes are not cheap, and you may balk at the price. However, they do hold up beautifully and are of a higher quality than most toddlers' clothes.
