That makes it much more informative! Just copy and paste that into your review and maybe expound on the site a little - the way you navigate (search, clicking categories or both), the quality of the descriptions, the checkout - their own payment gateway and/or Paypal, Bill Me Later, etc... What drove you to them?

There is an "Update" button as you look at your review. Click it and put this info in and I will give you a VH for sure!!! Just reply "Done" to this and I will get an e-mail that there is a new comment.

I am sorry about what you went through and I figured you were under the gun. All of this info helps in someone making a decision to buy or not. Your review will be sold to other sites and the comments do not follow it, so it needs to stand up on its own.

I know it is yet another step, but after, you may want to e-mail all that rated you SH and ask that they look at it again. I will help you out on that, but it is just a matter of going to their homepage and their email addy's are usually displayed.

Welcome to Epinions and I hope you enjoy. It is fun for me, but, as you can see by my profile, my 1st 10 were Helpful AFTER I made changes. You are far ahead of the curve than I was!!! I really hope you become a regular and take no offense to my feedback. I mean well, though I have the tact of an organ grinder and the mind of his monkey! ;)

Bizchair does not do the delivery. They contract with a delivery company. The delivery company sent only one guy out to deliver 2 loveseats, 2 large leather chairs, a conference table and 6 bankers chairs all in cardboard boxes. The manifest listed inside delivery, but he was alone. He did help carry in part of the order, but I and three others did the bulk of the work. I notified Bizchair about not getting inside delivery. They said they would credit back the inside delivery fee, but only 1/2 the fee was applied back to my credit card. No one from Bizchair has explained why.

Easier said than done. I could have refused the order, but my new office was scheduled to open in 2 days. I needed the furniture for customers to sit on and tables for the staff to eat lunch. Look at other reviews at what happened to folks that refused orders. They had a difficult time getting the issue resolved and Bizchair deducts a 35% restocking fee PLUS charges for the delivery.

The leather loveseats and sofas were acceptable. The bankers chairs were not very good quality and the vinyl scars easily. Just the friction from assembly put holes in the arms of several of the chairs. I had previously ordered 5 desk chairs from Bizchair and they were very nice, that's why I ordered the rest of the furniture.

The big problem was with a 48" conference table. It comes in 3 boxes, but only one box, containing the base and legs were on the truck. I notified the driver, the delivery company and Bizchair immediately on 1/14/08 of the missing boxes. On 2/19/08 I received a replacement top, that was damaged but they did not send the crossbars required to attach the top to the base.

As of 3/14/08 I still do not have a complete table. I've sent them 16 e-mails and numerous calls. They take days to reply to e-mails and never return phone calls. I have not received a reply to my last few e-mails.

They've strung the issue out past the point of doing a charge back on credit card.

I've spent more stomach lining over this than the $399 I paid for the table I still don't have.

What was the online experience like as far as selection, ease of navigation and so forth. Also, if you paid for inside delivery, what did they say when they refused? Only 1/2 off? How did they come up with that?

Assuming you paid on a credit card, given the amount of the purchase, would it have been better to refuse delivery and dispute the charges? Maybe you needed it more quickly.

Just some details I would like to see. Great info included, however. If you add to it, reply to this comment and I will re-rate.
