Pros: Great customer service, fast correspondence and loan offices always available - works long hours
Cons: I'd love to bring lunch and him meet my girls but hes so far away!
The Bottom Line: This company takes care of you and communicates with you daily. The are attentive and have their heart in it

“I would like to thank Refinance.com for all their hard work and dedication towards my refinance. Seldom do you run across a company who truly cares and works so hard for you. I was most impressed at how Mr. Welsome, whom is truly one of the kindest people Ive ever met, would always respond to my emails and get information to me and answer my questions in an immediate fashion. I truly felt taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. For those who have special circumstances and need a company who will listen and are there to help you - they will go the extra mile to get the refinancing through in a smooth manner.
I was lucky enough to work with Mr. Welsome (my loan officer)and he helped a person who had a few blemishes in my credit file and he helped me work through this and went to bat for me - an unmeasurable feat of dedication and caring. He is a remarkable man and I believe he is one of the most hard working of individuals there!
Thank you to Melissa too - what a pair! Closing was so easy and now I'm so appreciative to all.
