I have been the sole supporter for my family for the past 10 years. When it came time to refinance my house, I looked around for at least three months and was told the same thing over and over again - Yes we can help you. Every one that said this came back with OOPS, we can't help you. Take care of your credit score first and then come back. When I heard about Refinance.com I figured why not give them a try ? I was hooked up with Tom Piccininni. I explained my situation to Tom and what I was hoping to accomplish. In less than ten days I closed on my refinance and feel like a weight has been removed. You see, I was in an ARM (these should be illegal) and my interest rate went from 7.06% to 10.256% in six months time. Tom got me into a reasonable FIXED rate that will let me breath easier for months to come since I don't have to worry about my rate increasing ever again.
I would recommend working with Tom to anyone who is thinking of refinancing their home. He was very professional, curteous, honest and funny. He was a joy to deal with and made me laugh when I felt like crying. You've got a "GEM" of an employee in Tom. I know that if I ever have any questions I can count on Tom to get the answer I need and explain it in terms I can understand.
