I found Square Trade's warranty service to be extremely valuable. The warranty I had on my electronics was very reasonably priced and the coverage was extensive. My laptop was experiencing electrical problems and when I needed to contact them, their customer service department was friendly and knowledgeable – they were great to work with. My customer service rep did a great job of explaining my coverage and how it applied to my claim. He was also very good at instructing me how to proceed with the claim and explaining what steps I need to take. They were also very good at following up on outstanding items. Their turn-around times were impressive and they were very good about sending me emails to make to give me an updated status and to keep me in the loop on where things stood. I ended up having an electronic problem with my laptop that was not cost effective to repair. Since it was un-repairable they cashed out my claim. They were very good and fast about assessing my claim, determining the out come of the claim and then processing it. I would highly recommend Square Trade warranty, and I will continue to purchase warranties for all my electronics.
