Sprint offers no loyalty to loyal customers (Reply to this comment)
by ladygoodfella
I have been with Sprint for 4 years. In that time, I only took advantage of a phone rebate once, at the inception of my account. Since then, I have purchased 2 other phones, at my own expense, at FULL PRICE, and they wont extend me the rebate on the new phone I wish to purchase because I havent had my current phone for 18 months... Makes NO SENSE. I bought 2 new phones in the time I have been with them, and for that, I am not eligible for the sale price on the phone I want now... if I had never purchased a new phone, I would be eligible. More than a little backwards. I agree with the previous customers sentiments on their lack luster customer service. It is beyond poor. I would rather spend the $150 to break my contract and go somewhere else at this point, then continue to deal with their beyond aggaravating policies and practices. Do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere first.

I rated your review very helpful because I thought you wrote a good warning to all potential customers. But I would be interested to know more about what makes their $19.99 plan inadequate (how many minutes do you get? are there any restrictions?). I am also interested in knowing what you were calling customer service about? Were they helpful in the end?
