my kid is turning 7 in a couple days here and I have done nothing as of yet for the big day. No date or time set for the party, no nothing. Ok, I do have two gifts for him, but still. *sigh* You put me to poor, poor shame, Freak.
The kid wants his party at a local place that is basically jumpy houses indoors. Simple enough... after reading this I might be motivated enough to go down there tomorrow and set it up... or not. I'm a special kind of lazy I guess...

What a party planner. I can't imagine what my kitchen would look like after the baking and icing. I'm sure I'd have it from floor to ceiling. Good luck with the cake. I hope it turns out great. Take some pictures for us. I'd love to see how it turns out.
