Folks,
Scroll down the reviews and look at the all reviews dated June 20, 2007. Many are written by "Camera Addict Shopper". Take a guess where that person must work. That's right folks, Camera Addict! These postings are website stuffers to keep their rating positive against the many virulent negative postings by legitimate customers. This, unfortunately, would indicate to me that this company is a bad one. I hope Epinions notes this and takes action to eliminate bogus kudos. You should only be allowed to make so many opinions against one product in one day. Epinions, pick a number please and eliminate the bogus positive vouchings. I myself bought a Garmin Nuvi 370 and verbally specified that I wanted the actual Garmin dash mount bean bag that has four separate bean bag feet for more stability and a dedicated mounting stalk and the representative told me that it was in stock, but when the box came, they had given me a less desirable generic brand that I didn't really want. Now I have to go through the bother of returning this, which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. Moving along, their receipt didn't separately break out the prices I paid for each item, which is deceptive. I also suppose the $27.30 charge for insurance that wasn't specifically mentioned in their website advertisement could possibly have been a good investment for me, but there went the good deal that I initially thought I would get as I could drive to New York for that price. On their website, that should have to be specifically mentioned as being mandatory on purchases such as this so that nothing like this can be said.
Regards,
Andy Goetz
