How annoying!
Fortunately (knock on wood) that hasn't happened to me. I wonder if credit card nightmares with website are common.

Hi Megu!! I just saw this post! I'm sorry for not writing sooner!!
Nooo... they never did credit my account for the missing items. I emailed them a total of 5 times each time trying to be super clear about what the problem was, and trying to be patient the whole time. The final email that I sent to them, was just ignored. I never heard from them again about it.
I just ran around in circles with them...
Every time that I would write them, they would answer with the wrong solution. For example.. I explained that I was overcharged. They would respond that my items were not in stock which is why I did not receive them. (what about my credit?) The next email I asked about being overcharged stating the facts as clear as possible. They responded, since the items were not in stock, I was not charged for those items. Heh... even though my credit card said otherwise? It just went on like that... I can't complain to Visa either, because it's not even a REAL credit card. I used a debt card.. so I'm still pretty angry about it..

How frustrating!!! Did you ever sort things out? Did they ever credit your account or send you the missing stuff? How annoying!

If you're interested in getting higher ratings (higher ratings = more hits = more money) then you should try to describe whatever you're reviewing in more detail... like describing what kinds of things are available on MisterArt, how their site looks, shipping costs, etc.)
