Good prices & selection but other major problems

On the positive side, they do have some items that are just not found elsewhere and at a very good price. Selection is generally above average in most categories, especially bedding options. However, they do not tell you when you order that item is out of stock. You only find out more than a week later when you call to find out why the item is still showing as not shipped. For more than 12 days, it said "will ship in 4-7 days." The customer service people at the toll-free phone center do not have access to your order information nor to inventory information. All they can do is take down the information all over again and promise to have some get back to you in 24-48 hours. It took more than 5 minutes to give her all of the information that is on the order. They certainly can do better than this. I will not shop with them again until I learn that these issues have been addressed. Another problem is that they do not provide a great deal of detail on some of the items. For example, fabric content may be missing or the height of a lamp. In most cases, I had to look at other websites to find some of this information.
