Best online store ever

I have owned a waterbed of one form or another since the early 1980's. My most recent one finally played out in Jan 2008 and was briefly replaced with a non-waterbed.
Having seen the errors of my ways, I endeavored to find a soft-sided waterbed locally only to find out that every dealer within 100 miles no longer sells them.
Having to go online to find a major purchase can sometimes be like playing a lottery. One always wonders what kind of service you will get with a dealer that happens to know how to set up a website.
After searching many different online stores, I found that waterbeds.com seemed to offer the product that was the most suited to my needs. I came here to see if they had been reviewed and they had not.
Their site is easy to find and easier to navigate. I always appreciate a site that is like that because it does make the shopping experience easier.
Having gone through the process of determining what I wanted, it was a matter of clicking order and going through with the transaction.
It so happened that after the order was placed that I changed my mind about what I wanted. Rather than cancel the order outright, I sent an email to the store and asked them to revise the order. They were quick to acknowledge the email and to reply with the new revised total.
Once the order was processed (within 8 business hours), I received a confirmation email detailing the order/shipping process. They did not stock the item and ordered it directly from a factory in Maryland. Following the receipt of the order, I was told that it would take the factory a day or so to make the bed and then ship it out via common freight carrier. Within 5 days of the order, the carrier (FedEx Freight) was calling to tell me that they would deliver it in two days.
As promised, the bed was received in 2 days - or 7 days of the order.
The shipment was packaged with care and there were not any problems with the order.
When I had a question about installation, I called the store directly and they were quick to give me the correct answer.
In summary, their product was as priced (without any add-on surprises), the order was received as promised and their service was excellent.
I would not hesitate to contact them again.
warning: As I knew what I wanted and that there would not be a problem with the order, it should be noted that their 30 day return policy clearly states that the owner is not to break the seal on the waterbed mattress.
I ordered a Soft Side King with dual mattress - semi waveless for ($1016) including shipping.
The order included 18 oz of conditioner and a fill/drain kit.
