I have caught up on your reviews, and I enjoyed them all....(.but if I start seeing them for the third time I will be carted off to the loony bin. I would have to write a review on it....)
Nice to know you are as fun to read now as you were way back when...Stay well, happy new year or whatever.

and thoroughly enjoyable to read. I found the Intramuos and Fort Santiago something I would never have expected to be treated to. Delightful to one whose travels have been somewhat limited.
Since I have accepted the fact that I will never make it to some of these places in this lifetime, I doubly enjoy it when authors like you and Barbar are willing to share their experiences.

...(the first Monreal in the Philippines) came over here with Miguel Lopez de Legazpi.
Sterling review. Most informative indeed.

Take it from me everyone, I've been there several times, but James knows more about this place than I do.
